HOW TO RETURN ITEMS

Enter order number in subject line.

Specify the items you would like to return.

Kindly provide the reason you are returning the item.

You will receive a conformation email with shipping instructions upon approval of return request.

RETURN POLICY

• You can return items within 14 days of the delivery date.
• Swimwear must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and hygienic liners attached, in original condition and in original packaging.
• Exchanges are not available on sale items, but customers can return their original purchase and place a new order for the desired size or style.
• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item received was damaged or defective.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
• If your refund request is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment.
• When dropping off your return, it is advised to receive a receipt. If your return has been lost without proof of shipping, we will be unable to process your return.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping.
